I think Bob Chapek is a filthy rich white dude who runs a company that is harassing their employees concerning their views on “people of color” – it’s apparent that he is rich enough, so perhaps he should put his money where his mouth is and step down to allow one of those persons of color to take his spot.
Bet he doesn’t. Disney is run by white people.
