It seems unlikely the WeHo residence was acquired for the “Maleficent” and “Anger Management” producer’s own use, since the high-powered former chairman of both 20th Century Fox and Walt Disney Studios, who once owned a stunning Art Deco-style home in Santa Monica built in 1930 for silent film star Dolores Del Rio, already owns a sophisticated, 1930s Paul Revere Williams-designed mansion of more than 11,000 square feet on almost 1.25 acres of manicured grounds in the high-toned Holmby Hills area, which he picked up in 2011 for $21.5 million.
