Sydney Holland, the 44-year-old former live-in girlfriend of 92-year-old multibillionaire Sumner Redstone, has listed her secret love nest in Sedona, Ariz., at $3.85 million. Holland purchased the secluded estate not quite a year ago for $3.5 million, in order to have a place to tryst with her Sedona-based kiss-and-tell ex-lover, George Pilgrim, who recently tattled to Vanity Fair that Holland never spent a single night in the house, but would fly in — on a private plane, natch — and return to Los Angeles later the same day to be with Redstone (who is widely rumored to be ailing). Listing details show the sprawling, 6,500-square-foot southwestern contemporary sits on 2.6 scenic acres on the outskirts of town, offers five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, high quality finishes (e.g. imported white oak floorboards), a sophisticated home automation system, video surveillance security, and just the sort of postcard-ready red-rock views for which the tiny desert town is world famous.
Holland, who bills herself as a philanthropist and producer, is also a high-end-house flipper. In June 2013, she forked over nearly $5.3 million for a home in the Beverly Hills Flats that had previously been leased to Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne, and that she lickety-split sold three months later for just over $5.6 million. In October 2013, she paid Jessica Simpson $6.4 million for a celeb-pedigreed house in a particularly starry Beverly Hills neighborhood that Jennifer Lawrence bought in July 2014 for more than $8.2 million and, so we’ve been told from plugged-in super-snitch Lucy Spillerguts, Holland’s holdings currently include a glassy contemporary in West Hollywood picked up in July 2014 for almost $2.9 million, as well as a nearly 7,200-square-foot Mediterranean in another glitterati-favored enclave in Beverly Hills, purchased in July 2014 for $6.75 million, and located down the street from Vanna White and Charlie Sheen.
