Listing details show the house-sized apartment, previously owned by “Weeds” star Mary-Louise Parker, comes in at right around 3,200 square feet with four and potentially five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.
A long entrance hall makes a quick zigzag before it opens to a spacious combination corner living and dining room with ebonized parquet wood floors, a wood-burning fireplace, an open floating staircase, and a slightly less than ideal mix of sash and casement windows with open city views.
