All four of the guest bedrooms have private bathrooms and direct access to outdoor space while the master suite offers a huge walk-in closet and sleek bathroom with glass sliders to a private terrace with backyard overlook.
Property records we peeped at indicate the wildly prolific producer — he has well over a dozen projects in various stages of production, including a handful of horror films and a trio of sequels to “The Lego Movie” — continues to own an unassuming residence in West Hollywood purchased in early 2005 for just under $1.3 million.
