UPDATE (Feb. 3, 2016): The celebrity real estate world can be a bit murky and more information has come to our attention from a variety of little birdies — some nice and some not so nice — that suggest we got it wrong, wrong, wrong with this one and the picturesque Tennessee farm in question was purchased by country music star Miranda Lambert and not, as we first reported, by her ex-husband Blake Shelton.

We hear from Vlad the Revealer at Celebrity Address Aerial that country music star Miranda Lambert, recently divorced from “The Voice” judge Blake Shelton, made an under-the-radar, $3.4 million acquisition of a picturesque park-like rural retreat near Primm Springs, Tenn., about an hour south of Nashville. Online marketing materials show the bucolic, 400-plus acre spread has at least three residences that include two rustic-looking yet luxuriously appointed cabins. A rocking chair-friendly porch fronts the larger cabin which has a double-height living/dining room with monumental stone fireplace, a compact kitchen, one bedroom plus a sleeping loft, and a surprisingly roomy bathroom with twin pedestal sinks and a shower space lined in classic white subway tiles. A wood bridge spans a babbling brook on the way to the compound’s smaller cabin, a studio-style setup with combination living/bedroom, fireplace, kitchenette and a bathroom, where a claw-footed bathtub sits in front of a picture window with a serene sylvan vista. The completely private farm property also provides: 75 acres of fenced pasturelands; multi-acre lake with dock and boathouse; two-stall horse barn; farm-equipment storage buildings; and a six-bay garage and workshop topped by a loft-style apartment with complete kitchen. Lighted walking trails wind through the woods to a creek-side pavilion with seating for 60 and a stage perfect for impromptu private concerts.
Lambert reportedly retained ownership of the 11,000-plus-square-foot suburban Nashville mansion she and Shelton scooped up in July 2013 for $2.258 million; And Shelton, who has been romantically linked to decidedly un-country alt-rocker Gwen Stefani, continues to ride herd over the approximately 1,200-acre ranch spread outside tiny Tishomingo, Okla., he’s owned since before he and Lambert were married.
