Gaston, a contestant on the sixth season of “Nashville Star” who did a brief subsequent spin on daytime soap story “Day of Our Lives,” and Ordway, who popped up on “Melrose Place” and “90210” before she landed a plum gig on long-running soap opera “The Young and the Restless,” purchased the condo per property records two years ago, in July 2014, for $470,000.
The condo, on the second floor of a nondescript building in the desirable Colfax Meadows neighborhood, measures in at a modest 1,055 square feet but manages to pack in three bedrooms, two freshly refreshed bathrooms, a living room with fireplace and glass sliders to a petite balcony, a small dining alcove, and a recently renovated kitchen black granite counter tops on white Shaker style cabinetry.
A quick search of property records didn’t turn up any other property owned by the young couple but given that in May they had their first child this property gossip would bet their headed to larger more child-friendly digs.
