The co-star of the film “Bad Moms,” who also deftly portrays a complicated but levelheaded rabbi on the groundbreaking Amazon series “Transparent,” and her actor/producer husband, who occasionally pops up on “Transparent” and is listed as a co-executive producer on the sitcom “New Girl,” purchased the property in late 2004 for $825,000. Perched on an up-sloped parcel in the hills of the trendy and increasingly pricey Silver Lake neighborhood, the modestly sized 1927 Mediterranean has two bedrooms and two bathrooms in just under 2,000 square feet.
