The couple, who have two children under three, purchased the property not quite 2.5 years ago for $2.575 million and current marketing materials show the modern-minded 3,483-square foot, single-story residence has four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms including a master suite with sitting area, more than one walk-in closet, and a “natural stone” bathroom. Other features noted in listing descriptions include a walled and secured courtyard entrance; a loft-like, and light filled combination kitchen, dining and step-down living area under a vaulted and wood beamed ceiling; and a den/media lounge with corner fireplace. The Krasinski-Blunts have been much in the celebrity real estate news over the last year. Late last year the busy couple, who have more than half of dozen projects in various stages of production between them, listed their 5.17-acre getaway in Ojai, CA, for $4.25 million. The casually luxurious estate remains for sale but the price has dropped precipitously to $3.25 million. And early in 2016 they officially put their former home above L.A.’s Sunset Strip — a boxy and glassy 4,800-square-foot multi-story contemporary with six bedrooms and five bathrooms — at $8 million and, after the price fell to $6.95 million, sold it in June for $6.5 million to 20-year-old Kardashian family reality television star and fashion model Kendall Jenner.
