YOUR MAMA’S NOTES: Now that majestically physiqued Joe Manganiello and the almost rudely gorgeous Sofia Vergara have engaged themselves, the “Magic Mike” beau hunk has little need for his Hollywood Hills bachelor pad, newly listed with an asking price of $1.995 million. Property records suggest and reports from the time reveal Mister Manganiello acquired the renovated and updated 1960s ranch house modern in April 2013 for $1.806 million. (At that time, the strapping, 6’5” actor was romantically involved with Bridget Peters, another photogenic and remarkably curvaceous brunette whom he reportedly met at a Las Vegas boxing match where she was one of the probably scantily clad ring girls, but we digress…)
Interestingly, online marketing materials make use of the exact same photographs used to hawk the house back in 2013, so we really can’t speak on what Mister Manganiello may have done to decorate and/or improve the approximately 2,500-square-foot abode Current listing details do show, however, the four bedroom and three bathroom residence has an open, U-shaped floor plan wherein a living room with stacked stone fireplace melts into an oversized dining space before it hooks to the right where there’s a family room with a flagstone-faced corner fireplace, an informal dining spot with built-in wet bar and a U-shaped dead-end kitchen with pricey, name-brand appliances. Property records show the “Modern Family” star, an unusually savvy businesswoman whose sitcom salary, numerous and sundry endorsements and various business interests continuously rank her the last few years as the top earning actress in Hollywood with an estimated haul of $37 million in 2014, continues to own a slightly more than 2,000-square-foot condominium in a luxury high-rise along L.A.’s Wilshire Corridor that she scooped up over the summer of 2007 for $1.1 million.
