The lady property gossip at the New York Post reported today that Lindsay Lohan went for a look-see at a recently renovated, turn of the 20th century townhouse on a leafy street in New York City’s Greenwich Village currently listed for $6.95 million. And, maybe she did pop in for a peep but Your Mama would eat a ball of tinfoil the size of Kansas if the once promising but hardly working and barely relevant starlet, now 27, actually has the dough to acquire a seven million dollar townhouse.
The 21-foot wide, wrought iron accented red brick townhouse in question spans approx. 2,800 square feet on four floors, as per online marketing materials, with three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Three outdoor spaces include a compact ground floor patio off the partially subterranean kitchen/family room, a Juliet balcony in the parlor floor dining room, and a roomy roof deck with built-in bench seating and grill station.
So goes the scuttlebutt, LiLo may soon need a new place to shack up in the Big Apple as her current neighbors in SoHo are fit to be tied with the auditory mayhem that emanates from her $16,800 per month rental. (The apartment was reportedly paid for Oprah Winfrey — or, more probably La Oprah’s production company — as part of the deal for “Lindsay,” a 2014 reality show stinker about Miss Lohan’s valiant yet futile attempts to jump-start her moribund career after half a decade or more of personal and professional struggles.)
