Property records and other online resources show the carefully gym sculpted and implacably cheerful thirty-something year old, who typically appears in his videos without a shirt and whose various You Tube channels have nearly 1.5 million subscribers, purchased the 426-square-foot junior one-bedroom apartment in January 2014 for $260,000.
As is customary in many small apartments, the front door opens directly into the main living space that features soundproofed honey blond wood floors and an over-sized picture window that looks out on a verdant tropical garden. Although hardly devoid of theatrical decorative flourishes, i.e. bordello-esque black brocade-pattern wallpaper and a melon-colored plaid sofa on a graphic black and white dhurrie rug, the compact condo is otherwise sparely furnished, impressively clutter-free, and art work — if it can be called that — is limited to a black and white text mural of hokey self-affirmations and, next to the front door, a dream catcher large enough to catch the dreams of half of West Hollywood. According to this recently uploaded video, the social media powerhouse has officially moved back to his home state of Rhode Island where property records reveal he owns a 749-square foot one-bedroom and one-bathroom loft-style condominium in an historic converted mill building in downtown Woonsocket, just outside of Providence, that he picked up in late 2007 for $163,280.
