YOUR MAMA’S NOTES: It seems pop-oriented singer/songwriter Colbie Caillat has caught a severe case of The Celebrity Real Estate Fickle: The two-time Grammy winner has flipped her only recently acquired mansion in the celebrity-saturated guard-gated Hidden Hills community on the market with an asking price of $6.4 million.
Miz Caillat, a bit of a property gossip column staple the last year or two, paid $6.1 million for the property less than seven months ago and current listing details show the suburban estate encompasses 1.31 mostly landscaped acres with an 8,400-square-foot “Santa Barbara inspired home” with a “private Bell Tower courtyard,” six bedrooms and six full and two half bathrooms.
