Our research indicates that Bender, who recently and amicably uncoupled with long-time BenderSpink partner J.C. Spink to start his own Good Fear company, owns a charmingly unassuming yet stylishly modernized English Tudor cottage in the historic Windsor Square neighborhood that came up for sale in April at just under $1.8 million, and was quickly put into escrow to be sold at an unknown price.
