The podcasting, politically outspoken and occasionally volatile film and television star purchased the Greenwich Village apartment, per property records, not quite two years ago, in June 2013, for $2.25 million, and current listing details show the 840-square-foot apartment has one bedroom and one bathroom and is “rarely used by its owner.” The apartment features four-inch oak flooring, solid core wood doors, top-quality kitchen bathrooms fittings and fixtures that include Calcutta marble countertops and, in the bathroom, basket weave pattern Thassos marble floor tiles with radiant heat.
