The couple subsequently embarked upon an extensive renovation and restoration of the 1950s premises; and now the striking A-frame residence has popped up for sale, asking a smidge under $3.8 million — or $1.5 million more than the Lins paid for the place back in September 2021. Currently in the process of being nominated as an official historic home due to its rare design by Wimberly, the listing is held by Noel Shaw of Hawaii Life.
