Over in a prime pocket of Bel Air, flashy developer Ramtin Ray Nosrati of Huntington Estate Properties has done it again, hoisting his latest ultra-contemporary spec mansion onto the market. There’s also a garage and motorcourt that can accommodate up to 10 vehicles.
