This home, which she purchased back in 2011, has four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms within a roomy 5,600 square feet. It’s located south of downtown in the tony and historic Brentwood neighborhood. The structure was originally built by Guilford Dudley Jr., a 1930s insurance executive and one-time U.S. ambassador to Denmark. The mansion has all of the genteel Southern charm of a historic Nashville mansion coupled along with all the lavish amenities that a popstar of Swift’s caliber has come to expect.

Born in New Orleans but raised in Nashville, actress Reese Witherspoon has picked up a few roles throughout her career where she plays a quintessential Southern belle like in “Walk the Line” and “Sweet Home Alabama.” Witherspoon owns a few properties around the city, but this is perhaps the most interesting of the bunch.
The actress seems to have an affinity for flipping cute old houses in need of a little TLC. Witherspoon purchased this Southern-style, Oak Hill home back in 2014 for $1.95 million from a neighbor who, in turn, had purchased the property to save it from demolition. Built in 1930, the house has four bedrooms and four bathrooms within 3,855 square feet and sits on about 6.5 acres of land, which also has a tranquil brook running through it. Although the previous owners did some basic renovations like refinishing the hardwood floors and gutting the outdated kitchen, the home needed a more than a little bit of work done on it.
In addition to two other Nashville homes, Witherspoon also owns an idyllic, equestrian-style spread in Malibu, Calif., and a luxury getaway in the Bahamas.

KEITH URBAN AND NICOLE KIDMAN
LOCATION: Nashville, Tenn.
PRICE: $3,470,000
SIZE: 10,925 square feet, 7 bedrooms, 8 full and 2 half bathrooms
This little number, located in Nashville’s Green Hills, was initially rumored to have been purchased by Jessica Simpson but was later revealed to actually be the new home of Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban. Aptly titled the Queen of Northumberland, the massive, nearly 11,000-square-foot mansion has a whopping seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms across three floors of living space.
Some fun features of the home include a cavernous living room, a 23-foot-long dining room and a 30-foot-long hobby room. The gated community that the home is situated in includes tennis courts, a swimming pool and a private clubhouse. The country couple also own property in Beverly Hills and New York City.
This cozy English Tudor-style home belongs to none other than “The Good Place” star Ted Danson. Located in the Green Hills area, the home is outfitted with all sorts of amenities like wood-burning fireplaces, modern stainless steel appliances and a total of nine skylights. Danson and his wife Mary Steenburgen bought the place back in 2012 for $750,000. Seeing that Steenburgen is originally from Arkansas, it stands to reason that the Dansons were perhaps feeling a bit nostalgic for the South and decided to buy a home in Nashville.
The couple also own property in Santa Monica and Massachusetts.

DOLLY PARTON
LOCATION: Nashville, Tenn.
SIZE: 5,268 square feet, 5 bathrooms
Queen of the South (and Nashville) Dolly Parton owns quite the sumptuous manor located just outside of the city limits in nearby Brentwood. Her stately mansion is easily visible from the street and is sited behind a heavy duty wrought iron fence that surrounds the entire property and is located down a long driveway. Parton and her husband bought the original house that they live in 1990 for $400,000 and have been snatching up nearby properties to expand their lot ever since. Although not much is known about the nitty gritty details of her home, there are at least 10 visible structures on her land with several acres of green land, a few gazebos and even a tennis court.
In addition to the Encino home that she currently has on the market for a little less than $10 million, “The Voice” judge Kelly Clarkson is also trying to sell her Tennessee manse for a tad under $7.5 million. This massive 20,000-square-foot mansion is located just off of the Cumberland River and boasts amazing views and easy access to the water. Amenities of the property include a private dock, two spas, a saltwater pool and a modern chef’s kitchen. Sited behind a set of heavy gates in a quiet, wooded cul-de-sac, this property would be perfect for another high-roller looking for a bit of privacy in the country.

Country music star Tim McGraw and Faith Hill are hoping to find a buyer willing to pony up $8.5 million for their historic antebellum mansion located in Franklin. 268 acres of prime Tennessee property also comes along with the home purchase.
The Southern-style home has charming touches throughout like an all-wood parlor, a stone mantle and fireplace and vintage tile flooring. There are also several additional structures that are on the property that could serve as guest houses.
SIZE: (approx.) 20,000 square feet, 7 bedrooms, 7 full and 3 half bathooms
“Very Cavallari” star Kristin Cavallari seems to have hit a rough patch lately. Not only is her marriage to NFL player Jay Cutler headed for Splitsville, she’s also having a tough time selling her Mediterranean-style Nashville estate. Originally priced at $7.9 million, the 20,000-square-foot mansion is now available at $4.95 million. Cavallari and Cutler bought the manse in early 2012 for $5.3 million, so it looks the erstwhile couple are prepared to take a big loss on the sale.
The lodge-like mansion has a whopping 25 rooms with 7 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. The home features formal living and dining rooms, a modern, high-end kitchen, a double-height library, a wet bar and a home theater. Out back, there’s a loggia-covered fireplace that would serve as the perfect place to entertain outdoors. Cavallari also owns another home in Franklin, Tenn. known as Highbrow Hill that the couple purchased about two years ago for $5.4 million.
SIZE: 13,270 square feet, 6 bedrooms, 6 full and 4 half bathrooms
In the midst of legal proceedings during which the couple were accused of conspiracy, bank fraud and wire fraud, Todd and Julie Chrisley tried to sell this mansion located in Brentwood in August of last year just a couple of months after they bought it but have since had no luck. Located on an acre of land, the white, European-style villa has six bedrooms and six full and four half bathrooms in almost 14,000 sq. ft. Some fun amenities of the home include a caterering kitchen, four fireplaces; an eight-car garage, a huge cedar close and a hardwood-floored indoor sport court. Outside, a stone fireplace and a grilling station sit adjacent to a lagoon-style swimming pool that’s coupled with a spa. They also own another mansion, their primary residence, in Bell Meade.
