The asking price is an eye-watering $36 million — or $23.7 million more than the sellers, local couple Matt and Amy Zisette, doled out for the place a little over a decade ago, back in 2011, before they completely rebuilt every inch of the premises in collaboration with Shawn Nelson Builders and KAA Design in 2016. Should the house go for anywhere near the hefty list price, it would set a record for the affluent city.
