This Mediterranean villa-style mansion in the mountains of Beverly Hills has it all. Property records indicate the sellers are Jessica Oberfeld Sneider of the really rich Oberfeld family — whose best-known member is probably Mauricio Oberfeld of luxury SoCal builder Dugally Oberfeld — and her husband Richard Sneider, chief strategy officer of One World Star, an L.A.-based manufacturer of clothing that was acquired in 2016 for $280 million. The Sneiders custom-built the house in 2006, per tax records.

Hidden away behind walls and a lengthy gated brick driveway, the two-story residence sits on a 3-plus-acre promontory parcel sited in the guard-gated Beverly Ridge Estates enclave, in the Beverly Hills Post Office area. Numerous French doors also offer seamless indoor-outdoor environs paired with sweeping hillside views.

Towering double doors open into a grand foyer that displays an Imperial staircase and flows all the way to the outdoors.
