Measuring approximately 1,400 square feet, Unit A’s other outstanding attributes include a double-height living room with wood-beamed ceilings, original hardwood floors, built-in shelving and niches, two sets of French doors, a beehive-style fireplace with painted-tile surround, and an impossibly glamorous scalloped staircase.
Along with a galley kitchen and dining room, the lower floor also contains one bathroom and an office or den. Upstairs, a second bathroom connects the two bedrooms, each of which feature wood floors and casement windows.
As for outdoor space, well, there isn’t much to speak of, and better, more attractive use could undoubtedly be made of what little there is. But on the plus side, both Culver City Park and Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook are just a five-minute drive away. Also conveniently close are the Culver City Paddle Tennis Courts, Sony Studios, Amazon Studios, the Culver Hotel, the Kirk Douglas Theatre, Citizen Market, Wise and Sons, Piccalilli, and Salt & Straw.
