While she remains best known as Kim Kardashian’s lifelong BFF, Allison Statter is also a successful businesswoman and entrepreneur, the co-founder and CEO of influencer marketing and PR agency Blended Strategy Group. Of course, the 42-year-old Los Angeles native is also the second child of parents Irving and Shelli Azoff, he the $400 million mogul who made his fortune as one of the world’s top music managers.
The Azoff and Kardashian clans have been close for decades; astute reality TV gluttons will recall that Khloe Kardashian’s 2009 wedding to Lamar Odom, Kim Kardashian’s 2011 bridal shower and Kim’s 2015 baby shower were all held at Azoff family homes. Statter also steadfastly supports her bestie’s business ventures; she’s modeled multiple times for Kardashian’s Skims apparel brand and has done makeup collaborations with Kardashian for the KKW Beauty cosmetics brand.
Statter is now significantly upgrading her residential circumstances, shelling out $15.2 million for a large mansion in Bel Air. Set within a 24/7 guard-gated community, the house is surrounded by equally lavish estates, and some of the nearest neighbors include Lakers legend Jerry West and married podcasters Ethan and Hila Klein.
Built in the early 1980s and last sold in ’84 for just $2.2 million, the Tudor-influenced manor recently underwent a full-scale remodel. Double front doors open into a grand two-story foyer with gleaming hardwood floors, a contemporary chandelier and curved staircases. On the main level are an executive office and formal dining room, the former with a black marble fireplace and the latter with a striking chandelier, and both with double-height ceilings and walls of multi-pane windows.
The family room features a stylish wet bar and rows of French doors accessing the gardens, while the chef’s kitchen has been upgraded with top-of-the-line Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances and dual pantries. Also on the main level are at least one powder room, attached maid’s quarters and a living room.
Per the listing, there are two primary suites on the premises, one with a fireplace and spa-style bath and another that could house “a media center and playroom.” Elsewhere in the home are multiple guest bedrooms with ensuite full baths, a mirror-walled gym and full smart-home technology with with programmable tablets. There’s also an attached three-car garage, plus manicured grounds that includes a saltwater pool, rolling lawns, multi-level patios for lounging and outdoor dining, a half-court basketball court and pergola.
The Azoff family lives large; their current main residence is a Holmby Hills estate, though they also own a huge compound in prime Beverly Hills that is currently undergoing a years-long rebuild and a mansion in La Quinta’s Madison Club, the same gated community where the Kardashian family owns multiple homes. As for Statter herself, she still owns three smaller but still multimillion-dollar houses in the Beverly Hills area, plus a sumptuous Montecito vacation home that lies only a few driveway gates away from Oprah Winfrey’s vast Promised Land estate.
Sally Forster Jones of Compass held the listing; Justin Paul Huchel of Hilton & Hyland repped the buyers.
