Now that he’s reportedly inked a fat deal to appear on season three of Hulu’s “The Kardashians,” Scott Disick has used some of that cash to once again try his hand at real estate development. And his latest project is located in Hidden Hills, the guard-gated San Fernando Valley neighborhood where he’s long lived.
Records show the reality TV personality paid exactly $5 million in an off-market transaction for a traditional-style property. The home is surrounded by lavish estates owned by famous sports stars, musicians and multiple members of the Kardashian clan — almost every member of that family, actually, except Kendall Jenner and Disick’s former flame Kourtney Kardashian, who has since married Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker.
This is hardly the first Hidden Hills rodeo for Disick, who previously renovated homes on the short-lived E! reality show “Flip it Like Disick.” Back in 2018, he picked up a 1970s teardown for just over $3.2 million and converted it into a modern farmhouse, before ultimately selling the place in 2020 for $5.6 million.
But his first foray into Hidden Hills was in late 2015, when he bought another ’70s-era house for about $6 million, spruced it up and hoisted it back on the market six months later for $8.8 million. With no takers, he subsequently reduced the price and put it on the rental market before eventually making it his main residence.
As for Disick’s latest acquisition, the five-bedroom, six-bath home was built in 1964, and per the listing “is perfect to move in now or expand later.” Nestled amid a flat parcel of land spanning a little over an acre, the single-level structure is fronted by a circular driveway that passes through a porte-cochère, and there’s also a large attached garage.
Once inside, a little more than 3,000 square feet of single-level living space is marked by a spacious great room boasting a living area spotlighted by a floor-to-ceiling stacked-stone fireplace, wet bar and two sets of French doors spilling out to a covered terrace, plus a “custom chef’s kitchen” outfitted with granite countertops, stainless appliances and an accompanying breakfast nook.
There’s also a sizable primary bedroom, which is equipped with an office, dual closets, and bath holding dual vanities, a spa tub and steam shower. A junior-sized primary bedroom on the opposite of the house has a bath with a combined tub/shower; outdoors, the grassy grounds host a covered patio, irregular-shaped pool and separate spa, plus a tennis court.
Based on his track record, it’s clear Disick intends to give the property a thorough renovation, or perhaps raze it altogether and construct a fresh new mansion in its stead.
The New York native, 39, appeared in the first and second seasons of “The Kardashians,” with season three of the show currently in production. Before that, he was a main cast member on “Keeping Up With The Kardashians,” which ran on E! for 20 seasons. Reportedly worth an estimated $45 million, Disick launched chic-casual clothing line Talentless in 2018.
