She’s wrapped up filming the much-anticipated fourth season reboot of “The Real Housewives of Miami,” ended her short-lived but drama-filled romance with 24-year-old NBA player Malik Beasley, fallen out with the entire Kardashian clan and, after a dozen years on and off the market, finally sold her waterfront estate in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. for about $10.55 million.
Now, Larsa Pippen, split from NBA legend Scottie Pippen in 2018 after 20+ years of marriage and four kids, is ready for a new start and has officially if temporarily relocated to the West Coast where she last year she popped up on the megahit TV show “Selling Sunset” shopping around for multimillion-dollar homes in some of L.A.’s more coveted neighborhoods.
She has yet to pull the trigger on the purchase of a home in Los Angeles but an unimpeachable tattletale let it be known that the pampered, private jet flying Pippen has recently settled into a spacious home in a guard-gated and celeb-packed enclave in the mountains between Beverly Hills and Sherman Oaks for which she shells out a staggering of $40,000 per month. Already Pippen’s 2.4 million Instagram followers have seen numerous photos of 47-year-old reality TV veteran and social media maven posing and lounging around the property.
Set on more than half an acre of tropically planted grounds with a swimming pool and sunken tennis court, the nearly 7,000-square-foot Mediterranean-inspired residence has plenty of room for Pippen and her children, the oldest of which plays basketball at Nashville’s Vanderbilt University.
The property was jointly listed with Jessica Heredia, Katie Machado and Steve Manavi, all with Coldwell Banker Realty, while Larson was handled by Stephen Sweeney of Oak Brook Realty.
