Though they parted ways romantically months ago, Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott are still a real estate team — and they’re doubling down on efforts to unload the contemporary home they’ve owned together since 2018. After five months on the market with no takers, the reality TV star and “Sicko Mode” rapper have relisted their swanky European-style villa in the mountains above Beverly Hills for a smidge under $20 million — or $2 million less than the perpetually on-again-off-again couple were originally asking for the place.
But should the house sell for anywhere near the newly improved ask, they’ll still bank an impressive profit. The pair acquired the two-story residence, tucked behind a lengthy gated driveway in the lower Benedict Canyon neighborhood, for $13.5 million, shortly after the 1970s structure was completely renovated and rebuilt. They subsequently added custom touches to the boxy abode, which features seven bedrooms and 10 baths in almost 9,700 square feet of living space adorned throughout with oak floors, imported stone and floor-to-ceiling glass doors spilling out to manicured gardens. Glitzy amenities include a movie theater, wet bar-equipped game room, lounge and an office.
Among the highlights: a double-height foyer that flows to a fireside living room that connects to a formal dining room, both of which open to an al fresco dining terrace. There’s also a family room, plus a sleek marble-clad kitchen boasting ebony-hued cabinetry, a central island, high-end appliances, a walk-in pantry and an adjacent breakfast room.
A curving staircase heads upstairs, where a plush master retreat comes complete with a private balcony offering canyon and city lights views, separate fireside sitting area, dressing room, and dual walk-in closets and baths; outdoors, the picturesque grounds span just over an acre, and hold a pool and spa flanked by a barbecue/bar setup. There’s also a three-car garage and additional parking for up to four vehicles.
The listing is held by Tomer Fridman of Compass.
Jenner still owns several other properties, including a $36 million Holmby Hills mansion and a $15 million Hidden Hills lot where she recently broke ground on her upcoming dream home. She’s also currently building a second new mansion, this one a desert retreat in La Quinta’s Madison Club. But since 2016, the Kylie Cosmetics founder’s main residence has been a luxe Hidden Hills estate that was photographed for Architectural Digest back in 2019. As for Scott, he maintains a $23 million hilltop mansion in Brentwood, and he’s also got a vast compound in his hometown of Houston.
