Kelly Osbourne Seeks Tenant for Sierra Towers Condo

Though it’s tough to imagine she needs the money, usually lavender-tressed rock-and-roll scion, occasional fashion critic, and consummate TV personality Kelly Osbourne has put her luxury condo at the 31-story celeb-soaked Sierra Towers complex on the ritzy border between West Hollywood and Beverly Hills up for rent with Jonah Wilson of Hilton & Hyland at $17,500 per month.

The now 36-year-old daughter of heavy metal icon Ozzy Osbourne and former chat show co-host Sharon Osbourne acquired the mid-floor condo a bit more than seven years ago for exactly $4 million and has at least once before set it out as a rental, back in late 2017 but with a higher asking price of $19,500 per month.

Measuring in at a tad more than 2,100-square feet with leafy northwestern mountain and sunset views, the two-bedroom and 2.5-bath glass-walled condo features high-end finishes, in-ceiling speakers, and soft custom lighting that emanates from soffits in the ceilings.  A long wide, marble-floored entrance gallery leads to a combination living and dining room with a built-in entertainment unit and a balcony charmingly appointed with a Parisian café table pour deux. Just off the dining area, the streamlined kitchen has white laminate cabinets, shimmering stainless steel tile backsplashes, and up-to-date appliances.

Painted bubblegum pink and outfitted as a home office with a built in desk and day bed, the condo’s guest bedroom is en suite, while the main bedroom sports custom built-ins, a cloudy sky mural on the ceiling, a custom-fitted walk-in closet filled with designer clothes and handbags, and a mirror-walled bathroom that opens to a slender balcony through a floor-to-ceiling glass slider.

The building offers residents top-flight security, valet parking, an attended lobby, a rooftop swimming pool and a fitness center. Other high-profile owners in the building include Courtney Cox, Sandra Bullock, and Adam Sandler; Previous residents include Cher, David Geffen, Elton John and Joan Collins.

Osbourne rocketed to the top of the pop culture heap as a teenager in the pioneering early- to mid-Aughts reality TV show “The Osbournes,” appeared in 2019 as the Ladybug on “The Masked Singer,” and for the last handful of years has served as a judge on “Project Runway: Junior.” She is also believed to own a stunning Phil Brown-designed midcentury pavilion tucked into the rolling foothills of L.A.’s Los Feliz neighborhood that was acquired in 2018 for $3.45 million from Rooney Mara who’d purchased it three years earlier for $2.9 million from Alexander Skarsgård.
