‘Million Dollar Listing’ Stars Josh and Heather Altman Flip Bel Air Compound Back Up for Sale

Maybe they bought it to redo and use as their permanent home. Or perhaps they planned to flip it all along. Whatever the case, Josh and Heather Altman are already seeking to offload the palatial Bel Air estate the married real estate partners picked up barely a year ago. Asking $14 million, the current listing represents a nearly $8 million bump in price since then.

Built in 2018 — and looking like it might have undergone some minor design tweaks during the couple’s short-term ownership — the two-parcel property is perched atop a private street in lower Bel Air, on just over an acre of land in the foothills of the Santa Monica Mountains, and includes a main three-story house, guesthouse with its own kitchen, and three-car garage with staff quarters, a gym and an office — for a total of six bedrooms and eight baths in a little more than 14,500 square feet of living space.

A gated driveway passes through a porte-cochere beneath the guesthouse before emptying out at a motorcourt. Once inside the main house, highlights include a gourmet kitchen, which is decked out with high-end stainless appliances, an eat-in island and breakfast nook, plus formal living and dining areas displaying floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors spilling out to a trio of patios offering canyon and greenbelt views.

Elsewhere in the house is a screening room, along with a large master retreat outfitted with dual walk-in closets and baths; and outdoors, a 70-foot lap pool and spa is flanked by a sundeck and an open-air cabana sporting a barbecue setup. Per the listing, there’s also a vineyard.

In addition to the for-sale Bel Air house, the longtime “Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles” cast members still maintain a stylish Beverly Hills Flats home they purchased in 2018 for $6.7 million and have since extensively renovated. Back in summer 2021, the place was floated for sale at a speck under $12 million but has since been removed from the market.
