For that price it better have more than 3 bedrooms!!
I’m sure everything is top of the line and can only imagine the views to be pretty incredible…..but it is really basic design wise…just nothing really impressive…the counter tops in the kitchen made me say ewww…maybe he is a visionary and I’m the basic one…haha..expected more still
The front door and the exterior are an improvement. The inside looks like a modular home.
Watched the work on this, liked it a little more before he re-did it, but it was dated. Rumored there are some nasty neighbors up there. Seems pricey but location, location, location.
It’s pretty nice. That step down would become annoying!
