The sharp-tongued and frequently controversial comedian has closed a deal for her Bel Air home of a decade-plus, selling the prime property for roughly $10.4 million, down a bit from the $11.5 million she originally asked three years ago. The new owners are English folks Guy and Kristina Moot, he a powerful music executive, the CEO of Warner Chappell Music, who’s widely credited with boosting Lizzo to her current superstardom, as well as for signing some of music’s biggest names — Sia, Arctic Monkeys, Lana Del Rey, and Amy Winehouse — to record deals.
