Florida Georgia Line’s Tyler Hubbard Cruises Into Beverly Grove Contemporary

Though he’s primarily lived in Nashville for many years, it appears Tyler Hubbard would like a residential foothold outside of Music City — in the City of Angels, to be precise. Records reveal the Florida Georgia Line “bro-country” musician and his wife Hayley have dropped nearly $4 million on an aggressively contemporary house in a central part of town.

Built new last year and never previously occupied, the nearly 4,700-square-foot home is described in the listing as a “luxurious modern masterpiece” with “the best floorplan.” The boxy structure is certainly impressive, with monolithic expanses of concrete and glass soaring up the tall façade. Inside, the open great room includes dozens of recessed LED lights, wide-plank white oak floors, and floor-to-ceiling windows.

Almost immediately beyond the front door is a wet bar hewn from glass and marble; adjoining that is a formal dining area and family living space, the latter with a linear fireplace set into a massive stone mantle. The eat-in kitchen showcases custom, European-chic cabinetry and top-range Miele appliances, while disappearing walls of glass spill out to a brief covered loggia warmed by an outdoor fireplace.

Upstairs, the master suite incorporates a fridge and a sumptuous seating area. Fleetwood sliding doors spill out to a balcony overlooking the grounds, the spa-style bath has dual sinks and an enormous shower, while the oversized closet flaunts what appear to be mahogany walls. That situation is perfect for the Hubbards, who appear to be planning to live in L.A. only part-time. Their main residence remains Nashville, where they own a 5,500-square-foot, vaguely Tudor-inspired mansion that was built in 2015 and sits on nearly 1.3 bucolic acres.
