Nine years ago, Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne bought a $4 million West Hollywood condo. Now the musician and former talk show host have decided to offload their stylish unit, asking a speck under $4.8 million.

Purchased by the Osbournes in spring 2014, and primarily occupied by daughter Kelly Osbourne, the northwest-facing unit lies on the 10th floor of L.A.’s celeb-studded Sierra Towers skyscraper, an exclusive Jack A. Charney-designed structure that has housed A-listers like Cher, Sandra Bullock, Matthew Perry, Adam Sandler and Courteney Cox.

As for the Osbourne’s home, the place has been renovated, per the listing, and features two bedrooms and three baths in a little more than 2,100 square feet of living space adorned throughout with stone floors and recessed lighting. Floor-to-ceiling windows also provide picturesque hillside and city lights views.

A large vestibule flows into an open-plan great room holding a combined living/dining area displaying a built-in entertainment center and sliding glass doors spilling out to a terrace, and an adjacent kitchen is outfitted with a snazzy gunmetal-gray backsplash, all-white cabinetry and stainless appliances. A spacious master suite boasts a ceiling resembling a cloudy blue sky, private balcony, custom walk-in-closet, and spa-inspired bath equipped with dual vanities, a soaking tub and shower, while a third pink-hued en-suite bedroom has been converted into an office/study.

They also still own a Hancock Park estate, which was recently listed for $18 million but has since been removed from the market. The couple recently announced they are relocating to Welders House, their longtime country estate in England.
