But Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Julia Michaels is adding to her property portfolio, having picked up a traditional Cape Cod-style number in the the San Fernando Valley community of Encino.
Records show that the California-raised, 28-year-old musician — who got her start in the music industry by co-writing chart-topping hits for the likes of Justin Bieber (“Sorry) and Selena Gomez (“Lose You to Love Me”), and then achieved solo success with tunes like “Issues” — paid a speck under $5.5 million for the stylish digs, which were built in 2017 and have since been updated.
