DJ Tokimonsta Vibes With Updated Los Angeles Bungalow

Jennifer Lee is no stranger to milestones! Not only did the Los Angeles-based dance producer — best known to her cult-like fan base as Tokimonsta — manage to beat a rare, life-threatening cerebrovascular disorder that required two brain surgeries, but she went on to become the first female Asian-American producer to receive a Grammy nod in the best dance electronic album category for her 2017 album “Lune Rouge.”

Now the California native — who’s also collaborated with artists such as Bibi Bourelly, Kelly Rowland, EarthGang, Channel Tres and Anderson .Paak during her lengthy career — also is a brand-new homeowner, having just doled out a speck under $2 million for a modern cottage in a hip L.A. neighborhood.

Built way back in in 1924 and recently renovated and expanded, Tokimonsta’s newly acquired home features three bedrooms and two baths in almost 1,500 square feet of single-level living space, which is adorned throughout with hardwood floors, whitewashed wood-beam ceilings, whimsical light fixtures, and numerous windows and skylights for lots of natural light.
