For nearly a full year, Dr. Dre and his longtime wife Nicole Young have been embroiled in a very bitter — and very public — tussle over the mogul’s reported $800 million fortune, But the legal antics kicked into a particularly salacious high gear in April, when three of Dre’s alleged mistresses were ordered to testify after being subpoenaed by Young’s attorneys. And while the couple is officially no longer married, the battle over his vast net worth isn’t anywhere close to being over.
But Kili Anderson — one of the three women deposed — apparently remains unbothered, despite the big-money drama. The L.A. native and the good Doctor have been publicly linked since 2013, when tales of romantic vacations and extravagant gifts began appearing in gossip blogs. (Despite Dre’s lawyers issuing legal threats, the posts remain live.)
In the eight years since, Anderson has given birth to a daughter and cofounded L.A.-based skincare company Skin and Senses. And over the past two years, records reveal the 44-year-old former “video vixen” has quietly built an enviable real estate portfolio now estimated to be worth nearly $10 million.
Anderson’s first acquisition came in 2019, when she paid $2.2 million cash for a family-sized home in Sherman Oaks, a purchase that prompted Nicole Young to question whether Dre financed the purchase. The following year, Anderson dropped another $635,000 cash to buy a fairly ordinary condo in the unheralded suburb of Reseda. And now, in a deal that closed last week, deed documents show she’s paid $5.9 million for a bonafide mansion in L.A.’s posh Bel Air neighborhood. The purchase was consummated without the aid of a mortgage, in an all-cash deal.
Built in 2002 and spanning more than 10,000 square feet of living space, the three-story Bel Air mansion had been on and off the market since 2016, initially asking $7.3 million. Last sold in 2011 for $5.4 million, the house was transferred to Anderson by a Moscow woman named Yulia Nutrastrova, the longtime wife of Alexander Nistratov, a former Russian government official charged with financial fraud amounting to millions of dollars.
Rick Tyberg and Lauren Duffy of Douglas Elliman held the listing; Eli and Shelly Mashiach of MGB Realty Group repped Anderson.
