There won’t be any more “blessing up” at this address. Although the house was never on the open market, property records reveal DJ Khaled has sold his Los Angeles mansion for $12.5 million, an impressive $2.6 million profit over what he paid for the French Chateau-style place back in late 2016, when it was sold by English pop star Robbie Williams for $9.9 million. The new owners are Beverly Hills-based plastic surgeon David Amron, an occasional media personality, and his wife Jessica. (The Amrons recently sold their previous Beverly Hills home for $12.8 million to prominent songwriter Freddy Wexler.)
DJ Khaled’s former pad lies within Mulholland Estates, a guard-gated community high in the mountains above Beverly Hills, where other high-profile homeowners include Rob Dyrdek, Kendall Jenner, Christina Aguilera, Paris Hilton, Big Sean, Vanna White, the Beach Boys’ Brian Wilson and talk show host Jenny Jones. The enclave is touted as being one of the most secure in all of L.A., though Jenner, Hilton, and former resident Charlie Sheen have all reportedly experienced numerous past security breaches.
Photos and details from the time of DJ Khaled’s 2016 acquisition reveal that the .77-acre estate sits behind wrought iron gates of its own, and wrought iron double front doors to boot. Manicured hedges and trees surround the property, providing a park-like refuge in the middle of bustling Tinseltown. A double-height foyer with a grand staircase is topped by a glass dome, and there are well-scaled public rooms with ample space for entertaining.
