It’s been an almost unbelievably successful ride for Bhad Bhabie ever since she first uttered the phrase, “Cash me ousside, how bout dah?” on the Dr. Phil show back in 2016. Today, at just 19 years old, the overly precocious Florida native — born Danielle Bregoli — has transformed herself from just another meme into a businesswoman, musician and internet superstar with a coast-to-coast real estate portfolio.
She’s managed to parlay her rising fame into a hip-hop music career, reality show, makeup brand and tours, having recently participated in a Q&A session at the prestigious Oxford University, where she was greeted with thunderous applause, per TMZ. Of course, Bregoli also is widely known for earning more than $50 million in a single year on OnlyFans, the paid subscription platform that has gained notoriety as a favorite of sex workers.
A good chunk of those earnings have been invested into luxury real estate. Earlier this year, Bregoli paid $6.1 million in an all-cash deal for a contemporary mansion in Florida’s highly affluent Palm Beach County; though she continues to spend more than six months a year in the Sunshine State, she’s now wrapped up 2022 by doling out $3 million for a part-time residence in Los Angeles.
Located in the suburban San Fernando Valley neighborhood of Woodland Hills, Bregoli’s new place was built way back in the late 1950s and has since undergone a dramatic renovation. In its current form, the two-tone white and gray structure features five bedrooms and a matching amount of baths in a little more than 3,600 square feet of modernized living space rife with blonde hardwood floors, high ceilings and seamless indoor/outdoor environs.
Tucked away on a flat parcel spanning almost a half-acre, the house is fronted by a circular driveway and an attached two-car garage. A wide walkway passes through the mostly xeriscaped front yard before emptying out at a wood front door, which opens into an entry foyer that flows to a window-lined office space on one side, and a meandering wing of bedrooms and baths on the other.
Straight ahead is a spacious great room displaying a dining area spotlighted by a refrigerated wine display and wood-slatted accent wall, plus a fireside living room with sliding glass doors spilling outside. A large gourmet kitchen is outfitted with light gray cabinetry, an eat-in island that seats four, top-tier appliances, a walk-in pantry, and access to the mud and laundry rooms.
Secluded all by itself in a separate wing off the kitchen, the master retreat comes complete with a fireplace, glass sliders opening to a patio and a custom walk-in closet, along with a spa-like bath equipped with dual vanities, a soaking tub and shower. Rounding it all out: a private backyard hosting a pool and spa, fire-pit, and covered terrace sporting a barbecue and kitchen setup ideal for entertaining with a dining bar.
