‘She-Hulk’ Star Tatiana Maslany Muscles Her Way Into Rustic Shadow Hills House

Emmy-winning actress Tatiana Maslany — who has the lead role in Marvel’s upcoming “She-Hulk: Attorney at Law” TV series, but is probably best known for playing multiple characters in the sci-fi thriller “Orphan Black,” and also starred in the “Perry Mason” remake — has just doled out $2.1 million for a stylish ranch-style home in Los Angeles, tucked away in San Fernando Valley’s northeastern and equestrian-friendly neighborhood of Shadow Hills.

After it popped up for sale with a nearly $1.4 million ask this past February, records indicate the Canadian actress, 36, won the place in a fierce bidding war — paying more than $700,000 over asking.

Described in the listing as a “little slice of paradise,” the 1940s house weighs in at just over 1,800 square feet, and includes four bedrooms and two baths. Recently updated by its previous designer owners, the single-story residence boasts gorgeous interiors accented throughout with wood-beam ceilings, blonde hardwood floors and modern amenities.
