Actor Sam Page Falls for Brooke Shields’ Rustic-Chic Palisades House

It didn’t take Sam Page long to find his perfect residential real estate match, having just swapped one impressive Los Angeles home for another. Records show the veteran film and TV actor — best known for his roles on the popular Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Movies & Mysteries rom-coms and holiday movies — just doled out $7.4 million for actress Brooke Shields’ rustic chalet-style residence in the ritzy Riviera neighborhood pocket. Meanwhile, his revamped 1950s craftsman-style property nearby is currently in escrow to be sold, asking $4 million.

On and off the rental market for the past several years — once for as much as $35,000 per month, fully furnished — Shields’ place popped up for sale with an $8.2 million ask this past August. The price dropped to just under $8 million, before ultimately going to Page and his wife Cassidy Elliott — founder and co-director of the children’s educational program, The Playgroup House — at a nearly $600,000 discount.

Tucked away down a gated driveway, on almost a half-acre parcel offering picturesque canyon and mountain vistas, the cedar-shingled structure was built in 1982 and is fronted by a brick motorcourt and charming front porch.
