Sometime before he put his Manhattan-view Staten Island condo on the market late last year, tatted-up “Saturday Night Live” alum Pete Davidson secretly leased a sprawling loft-style penthouse in a bustling corner of Brooklyn Heights. Currently spending some time in California, where he crashed a Mercedes into a Beverly Hills house earlier this week (no one was hurt, fortunately), Davidson has already vacated his temporary Brooklyn hideaway that is back up for grabs at a princely $30,000 per month.
In addition to being a 29-year-old busy as a beaver actor, producer and writer, Davidson is also a PDA-prone serial dater of high-profile bombshells. Before his tabloid-tracked romance with Kim Kardashian in 2022, there was Kate Beckinsale, Margaret Qualley and Kaia Gerber. And after Kim there was Emily Ratajkowski and currently, his “Bodies, Bodies, Bodies” co-star Chase Sui Wonders. It was Wonders who Davidson was snapped by the paps with in the alley behind the Brooklyn building just before Christmas last year.
Sandwiched into the bustling crook where the BQE and the Brooklyn Bridge converge, the four-story mixed-use building has a restaurant on the ground floor and an auto body shop next door. However, once the elevator opens directly into the top-floor unit, the busy borough’s frenetic cacophony is left behind.
Larger than most suburban homes, the 4,500-square-foot apartment has four bedrooms and three contemporary bathrooms, plus a powder room. Large enough to roller skate in, the massive great room stretches to 50 feet long with a sleek kitchen fitted with designer appliances and milk chocolate-colored laminate cabinets. There are a handful of skylights that ensure lots of light all day long as well as an in-ceiling speaker system and a spacious laundry room.
The most coveted amenities however, the ones that really add to the price, are the private single-car garage with direct building access and the 1,500-square-foot private roof terrace that is complete with a summer kitchen and views that include parts of the Brooklyn and Manhattan bridges.
Carl Gambino and Justin Montero at Compass hold the listing.
Davidson’s two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath Staten Island condo, where he once entertained Kim K., remains available at $1.3 million.
