‘Top Gun: Maverick’ Star Miles Teller Swoops Into Palisades Cape Cod

Though he already owns a Studio City home, Miles Teller has taken off and jetted into another Pacific Palisades residence. Records show the “Top Gun: Maverick” actor and his model wife Keleigh doled out $7.5 million for the traditional Cape Cod-style spread, which packs in everything from a movie theater to a roof deck ideal for entertaining.

Built in 2015 and recently updated, the place is nestled between Palisades’ Via Bluffs and Village. Fronted by a driveway that empties out at an attached two-car garage, the white-shingled structure has five bedrooms and seven baths in a little more than 6,600 square feet of open-concept living space on three floors boasting dark hardwood floors, built-ins and high coffered ceilings.

Main-level highlights include a formal living room featuring a fireplace and glass doors spilling out to a covered terrace with yet another fireplace, plus a formal dining room lined with wainscoted walls and a see-through wine closet. A family room connects to the gourmet kitchen, which is outfitted with an eat-in island, top-tier Viking appliances and a breakfast nook. There’s also a guest bedroom with bath.

A custom staircase heads upstairs, where four ensuite bedrooms include a fireside master retreat sporting a private ocean-view balcony and walk-in closet, along with a marble-tiled bath equipped with dual vanities, a soaking tub and steam shower. More amenities can be found on the lower level, which hosts a movie theater and family room with fireplace, as well as an office, a bonus room and gym.

Outdoors, the grassy backyard lacks a swimming pool, but there’s ample room to install one. And topping it all off is a roof deck providing sweeping views of the surrounding hills and Santa Monica Mountains.

A 36-year-old Pennsylvania native, Teller also has appeared in movies and TV shows such as “The Spectacular Now,” “Divergent” trilogy, “Whiplash,” “Fantastic Four,” “War Dogs” and “The Offer.” For now, he still maintains a Spanish-style home in Studio City that he acquired back in summer 2016.
