‘Modern Family’ Alum Ariel Winter Lists L.A. Home at $4 Million

Best known to primetime TV audiences as brunette brainiac teenager Alex Dunphy on the beloved sitcom “Modern Family” but now all grown up and currently sporting racy flame-red hair, Ariel Winter is on the move, putting her home in L.A.’s popular Studio City community on the market at at a pinch under $4 million. Listed with Matt Epstein of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, the price is half a million bucks more than the not quite $3.5 million dollars the 24-year-old bombshell paid only about one and a half years ago. Brand new when she bought it, the almost 5,400-square-foot family-sized home offers five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, plus a poolside cabana with another bath.

A four-time Screen Actors Guild Award winner and a busy voiceover actor who’s voiced characters on “Phineas and Ferb,” “Jake and the Never Land Pirates,” “Minnie’s Bow-Toons,” “Sofia the First,” “Robot Chicken” and “Elena of Avalor,” Winter shares the home with her “Dumplin’” actor boyfriend Luke Benward and their five alliteratively named dogs, Casper, Chloe, Cash, Cleo and Cobey. The couple will appear on the silver screen together in the upcoming indie comedy thriller “Don’t Log Off,” which they are both also producing.
