Alyson Hannigan Swaps ‘This Is Us’ House for Sleek Santa Monica Contemporary

Looks like Alyson Hannigan has officially met her hew home.

Now that her stunning “This is Us” house in Encino is up for sale, the veteran actress — best-known for her roles on “Buffy the Vampire Slayer,” “How I Met Your Mother” and “American Pie” — has settled into a contemporary showpiece in a desirable neighborhood pocket of Santa Monica.

Records show Hannigan and her fellow actor husband Alexis Denisof won the home in a bidding war, paying almost $6.7 million — or $155,000 over the asking price.

Originally designed by Koning Eizenberg Architecture and built in 2000, the boxy structure has since been “completely remodeled,” per the listing.
