Now you, too, can keep up with the Kardashians! One of the estates featured on the popular E! reality series just hit the market! Likely very recognizable to fans, the Studio City pad was utilized for exterior shots of the Jenner residence in the early years of the long-running show, though, in truth, the family never actually lived there – or even filmed any scenes on the premises. Say what? The Italian Renaissance property was nothing more than an establishing shot stand-in, used to thwart avid viewers from discerning where Kris, Caitlyn, Kylie and Kendall truly resided. So much for “reality.”
The sprawling manse, known as the Iredell Estate in real life, is being offered by Greg Moncure and Kevin Nguyen of The Agency at just a sliver under $8 million.
Initially constructed in 1983 but completely redone in 2005, the dwelling sits tucked away behind a gate and tall hedges on a tree-lined street in Studio City’s exclusive Fryman Estates neighborhood – about 20 miles east of the Jenners’ real residence. With seven en-suite bedrooms and nine baths in 7,843 square feet, there’s plenty of space for the extended Kardashian clan, should they ever actually want to call the place home.
The property’s deluxe amenities are befitting a Kardashian, too. Along with a two-story formal entry, the downstairs boasts a chef’s kitchen, a wine cellar, a wine tasting room, and ceilings affixed with elaborate plasterwork and ornamentation.
Along with hardwood and travertine flooring throughout and stacked stone as far as the eye can see, the pad also counts majestic mountain and canyon views among its many frills. Upstairs, the spacious owner’s suite is outfitted with dual walk-in closets, a private patio, and a spa-like bath with a standalone tub and fireplace.
