Mariah Carey Definitely Knows How To Shop

Look–when you’re married to Mariah Carey, who I only want to refer to as “Mariah freaking Carey,” I think it’s safe to say that life is pretty a-okay. Unfortunately, nature can take its toll on the party but when it does, MC is ready and willing to make everything awesome again. Go her!

According to Perez Hilton, Mariah has bought husband Nick Cannon quite the get well gift following his struggle in and out of the hospital from a kidney infection. I was feeling so bad for the guy, being stuck inside and not feeling well. But after hearing this, I’m kind of thinking hey, that’s not too bad of a deal!

Carey gifted her husband a $300,000 Ferrari following his recovery, basically confirming that Mariah Carey definitely knows how to shop. It also confirms that these two are the actual real deal.

Isn’t that a little weird sometimes? I love Mariah and Nick together, but I guess I’m just a little surprised that they are so happy and wonderful together. Good for them! Love ittttt. ‘Cause as we all know, sometimes the couples that surprise you the most stay together, and the ones that make the most sense…end up apart.

More power to them!

Mariah Carey To Be An ‘X Factor’ Judge?

I LOVE Mariah Carey–I don’t care what anybody says about her. I grew up on those CDs, flipping through all of the pictures and artwork for each album as I listened to it start to finish. God the 90s were good, weren’t they? I’m  becoming one of those people.

But anyway, according to Perez Hilton, we may be seeing a lot more of Carey on TV very soon! Simon Cowell had been very open about wanting Mariah Carey to be an X Factorduring season one and jokingly explained his irritation with her when she “selfishly got pregnant” and couldn’t participate. But now that rumors are flying about Nicole Scherzinger leaving a spot open at the judge’s table, it would only make sense that Mariah and Simon are looking to join forces!

I think it would be amazing if Mariah Carey judged the show. Sure, Nicole is a good singer and there are lots of good singers who are famous. But Mariah freaking Carey? Legend. And no matter how well you can sing, ya can’t sing as well as she can. She would make the PERFECT judge!

And I just like her in general, so I wanna see her rise to great success on the show.

Only time will tell what goes down in the end but as of right now, I’ve got my fingers crossed!

Mariah Carey’s Kisses Make Nick Cannon Better

Good news today as ultimate boo-boo kisser Mariah Carey accompanied ailing hubby Nick Cannon to the BET Awards, looking stunnnning in a nude dress with black sequins–here’s the pic.  Wow!!!  Now that is sexy.  Not the understated, shimmery clingy blah Jessica Biel sexy.  Full-out going for it time, and nicely done, Mariah.  No wonder Nick is looking pale but very chipper as he carries your son Moroccan onstage.

Nick Cannon underwent surgery for his kidney problem on Jan. 7th, tweeting his fans:  “Just left the operating table and I was awake during the whole procedure. #OUCH Recovering…about to be stronger than ever! #Ncredible!”  Yes well, we hope they gave you something for the “ouch,” Nick!  But a kiss from your wife was probably the best medicine.

Nick plans to return to his live radio show this week too.  After collapsing on his Aspen vacation and being hospitalized there for mild kidney failure, and then being transported to an L.A. hospital and then having this procedure, it’s been a stressful time for Nick.  He seems to be holding up well, but we hope he isn’t planning to overdo it as he steps up to the plate for his comedy performances and his daddy duties.  Not to mention having a wife like Mariah with THAT dress on.  She just may put this dude back in the hospital!

Go slow and be gentle, Mariah.  We know that Mariah Carey’s kisses make Nick Cannon all better, but any more like the smacker you gave him onstage at the BET may require calling the paramedics again.  Easy, girl.

Nick Cannon Suffered From Mild Kidney Failure; Even I Can’t Make A Joke About That

Whether you’re a fan or not, PLEASE send positive energy to Nick Cannon, as the young man recently suffered from mild kidney failure.  That’s something even I can’t make a joke about.  We don’t mess around when it comes to people’s health, so let’s give them our well wishes.

Perez Hilton noticed that wifey Mariah Carey had tweeted, “Please pray for Nick as he’s fighting to recover from a mild kidney failure. mybraveman.”  She also tweeted a picture of her caring for her hubby in the hospital.  Aw, that’s so sweet.  Mrs. Nick Cannon has such a big heart. <3

We’re rooting for ya, Nick!  Hurry up and get better.  Mimi and your babies need you happy and healthy.  Here’s to a speedy recovery and a short hospital stay.  Watch out for the jello.  I’ve heard stories about that stuff……
