Will Lindsay Lohan And Charlie Sheen Make It?

Will Lindsay Lohan And Charlie Sheen Make It? When you experience an insane downward spiral in this business, it seems that the majority of the time, you’re finished.  Directors don’t want to hire you, people don’t trust that you’re a reliable actor, and your career is kaput.  But there are a select few who manage to pull off a massive comeback.  Look at Britney Spears, for example.  People thought she’d be dead in a matter of months, judging by her behavior.  Things have changed quite a bit, yeah?

So that brings me to ask: Will Lindsay Lohan and Charlie Sheen make it?  Sheen has his show “Anger Management” coming out; thus far, it looks promising.  But people still don’t know if after all the drama he caused while leaving “Two and a Half Men” and what a mess his personal life was, he can really turn his career around like he needs to.

And then there’s Lindsay.  Linds already had a hosting gig on “SNL,” which received lukewarm reviews.  However, the mere fact that she BOOKED something was incredible, and it was a huge step in the right direction for her.  Next is the starring role in the upcoming Elizabeth Taylor biopic (filming in Toronto), and it was just announced that she’ll be playing herself in an episode of “Glee.”  But with what many critics have claimed to be a lack of talent, can even these amazing roles save her career?

The potential is most definitely there; they just need to play their cards right.  The Dirt Queen knows they can do it!  What do YOU think?  Sound off in the comments section below! xoxo

Charlie Sheen Much Happier On New Show

Charlie Sheen Much Happier On New Show This little warlock didn’t exactly part with “Two and a Half Men” on good terms, but that’s in the past and from when he was a totally different person.  He’s turned a new leaf and is approaching life from a new perspective—and that includes a career comeback.  And luckily, Charlie Sheen is much happier on his new show and we know that he’ll achieve great success with it!

E!  caught up with Sheen and talked to him about his new show, “Anger Management”; and Sheen didn’t hesitate to talk about how much better the experience is than that of his time on “Two and a Half Men.”  Sheen said:

“It’s just so nice to be in an environment that is all about having a good time, doing great work, making some new friends, seeing some old friends, and just giving the people what they want and having a ball doing it.  I could never understand on the other show—they were always so intense and I’m like, ‘Guys, we’re making a comedy. That’s what the com stands for in sitcom.’ I just never enjoyed it.”

He continued, “I’m surrounded by experts and I’ve got the best showrunner in the business.  I’m part of a real, I hate to say it, but a winning team. Sorry. It’s smarter.”

Burnnnn!

It seems that despite his amazing comeback, he still doesn’t mind taking jabs at his old team and the work they’re producing.  But, I guess everyone is entitled to their own opinion.  Despite the icky feeling he has about his old job, it seems like Sheen’s main focus these days is on the positive, and that’s exactly how it should be!

What do YOU think of Sheen’s comments?  Should he keep his lips zipped, or are his comments harmless???

Charlie Sheen Is Embarrassed By His Past

Charlie Sheen Is Embarrassed By His Past Charlie Sheen has made quite the comeback.  I think we all assumed that he had pretty much destroyed his career thanks to an insane substance abuse problem and an ongoing case of verbal diarrhea.  But he’s really turned himself around in the last several months.  One of the most promising things?  He recognizes how psychotic he used to be!

The Daily Mail quotes him telling Matt Lauer of his recovery, “It was a team effort that was ultimately led by myself because it has to be.”  Of course, he had people helping him…but not many: “There were not a lot of people close by saying, ‘Dude, let’s just take a step back.’”

Welp, whoever WAS involved should give themselves a big pat on the back, as should Charlie.  And he’s totes right: He definitely needed to be the one to step forward the most and say, “Enough is enough.”

And what about his Torpedo of Truth tour?  Sheen referred to that as “cringeable” and said that he no longer even knows “part of who that was.”

Wow.  It sounds like Charlie Sheen is embarrassed by his past.  He should be, but for a good reason: It’s completely necessary in order to realize and understand that this is a person he NEVER wants to be.  Charlie went through a real rough patch, but hopefully this is what he needed to get it out of his system and go back to being the awesome person we know he is.

Charlie Sheen DIDN’T Fall Off The Wagon!!

Charlie Sheen DIDN’T Fall Off The Wagon!! We were NOT happy when we saw him leaving a Guns N’ Roses concert recently sloshed out of his mind.  We were concerned and super bummed, because he’s been doing so amazingly well lately.  But not so fast!  Charlie Sheen DIDN’T fall off the wagon!!  There’s an explanation for all of this.  We hope.

TMZ reports that it’s very simple: Sheen just can’t hold his alcohol the way he used to.  Sources close to Charlie say that he never gave up drinking, so no one should be concerned of a relapse or anything.  He only had a few drinks at the concert but because he’s living such a healthier lifestyle these days, they hit him a LOT harder than they would have back in his warlock days.  The Masheen reportedly told one pal, “This is what happens when you don’t drink very often.”

Whew!  Okay, so we don’t need to worry then, Char?  You better not be letting things get out of hand, mister!!  We’re so proud of the progress you made.  Be careful with the booze.  Maybe only have one beer next time, love.  Take care of your bod!
