Ashley Greene—Hot, Talented, Ready For Fame
Anytime news arises of Ashley Greene, I pray that it’s noodie pics I’m immediately interested because I’m a huge Twilight fan and absolutely adore this girl. Well this month, she appears on the cover of Lucky magazine and has a wonderful interview inside.
FOX411 got all the highlights from her little chat with the mag. Some of my favorite parts…
~She doesn’t need a relationship right now; work is more important: “I’m so laser-focused on my career, because when you’re dealt these cards, if you don’t kind of run with it, then you’re an idiot. You gotta take advantage of what you’ve been given…There’s so much work to be done. And if I don’t do it then Twilight’s all I’m ever going to be known for, as great as it is.” So true. If you wait too long and don’t play the game right, people will just forget about you.
~Her reaction (and her father’s) when she found out she got the role in Twilight was adorbs: “I answered a little grumpily, but when my agent told me the news, I freaked out and called my parents—and my dad almost cried, which was kind of cool. My dad was a Marine; he doesn’t cry a lot.” Awww. They must’ve been so proud of her!!
~Apparently she got to make out with Olivia Wilde in her upcoming movie Butter? (Lucky girl.) She talked to the mag about what that was like: “It wasn’t that awkward…it’s not real. Olivia is such a cool chick and very professional. So we were just messing around and cracking up in between scenes, and it ended up being really fun…And now I’m the envy of every straight male everywhere!” Um, I think you’re probably the envy of every straight female everywhere. Probably just people in general. Don’t we ALL want to make out with Olivia Wilde? Right.
Dang! Ashley Greene is hot, talented, and ready for fame! She’s a smart cookie with a good (and gorgeous) head on her shoulders. You won’t catch this chica partying it up in the clubs when she has an early call time the next morning!
Check out FOX411 for more on her interview. It’s awesome.
