‘Friends’ Couch Up For Auction
Bidders, start your engines! The Friends couch is up for auction. Yes—the orange masterpiece that was an essential factor of their man hangout, Central Perk! According to Perez Hilton, it’s expected to fetch anywhere from $4,000-$6,000. The crusty white stain on the left cushion is complimentary.
You can attend the Icons of Hollywood sale on December 15th and 16th to place your bid. Many special moments between the friends of…Friends…are rumored to have taken place on this iconic piece of furniture. It was supposedly the place where Phoebe and Joey had secret sex for the first time, Chandler peed his pants, Monica snorted her first line, and Ross used to play dinosaurs when Rachel was busy cleaning the cappuccino machine.
Although it’s sort of depressing to see the Friends couch up for auction to bidders, we’re hoping it’ll end up in a good home with a family who drinks lots of coffee and loves to sit.
